Some of your job duties will include:

• Prepare quotes and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers
• Work with sales team prospecting for new sales and new accounts
• Provide pricing estimates for material packages to customers, assist with bid pricing, expediting of orders
• Engage in selling products and services that enhance the client's desired outcome
• Communicate with customers on order status, scheduling, and delivery
• Help facilitate product knowledge and installation techniques
• Actively communicate with our clients in a positive and complete manner
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Willingness to share department responsibilities in order to meet deadlines
• Seek opportunities to improve the client's experiences with Ziggy's

Qualifications:

• Two plus years experience in construction or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous inside sales, service, support experience helpful
• Computer skills that include Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Self-motivated and self-managed to maximize time and daily activities
• Possess a high level of organization and detailed task review for quality assurance
• Positive and cheerful customer service with strong communication skills
• Must have valid and current driver's license
